We send the product with a dust bag, we cannot send it with its original cardboard packaging. However, we package it in the best way possible to ensure that the product reaches you intact. The products are produced in more than a dozen workshops.

The packaging time of the product or products is minimum one day and maximum two days. This means that; we send the cargo tracking number of your product to the whatsapp number you provided to us within end of one or two days. And then there is the air shipping process. This period varies usually between 3 and 5 days depending on your region.

Material & Care: Our products are manufactured by experienced artisans with carefully selected materials. Please handle with care for a longer product life:

Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should it become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth
Fill the handbag with tissue paper to help maintain its shape and absorb humidity, and store in the provided flannel bag
Do not carry heavy products that may affect the shape of the bag
Clean with a soft, dry cloth
